2. Not Affiliated with Google

SwiftKeys is an independent product and is not created by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Google. Because SwiftKeys integrates with Google products, updates by Google may temporarily or permanently break some functionality. By using SwiftKeys—including subscribing to SwiftKeys Pro—you agree that any such loss of functionality is not a basis for refunds or compensation of any kind.

3. Acceptable Use

Use SwiftKeys responsibly. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code.
• Bypass or attack security, inject malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data (including our database).
• Misuse the Service or harm other users, including by interfering with normal operation.

4. Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe and renew until you cancel. Pricing and features may change with notice.

5. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We'll try to give reasonable notice when changes materially impact your use.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftKeys and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

7. Termination

You can stop using SwiftKeys at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
